Delivery & Returns

Delivery is UK and Isle of Wight only.
FREE delivery is available to all shopping orders over £50, else it’s just £4.95.

How will I get my order?
Small products are delivered securely by courier and will need a proper signature upon arrival.
For bigger products items our delivery team will deliver your shipping order. We will call you on the day with a 60 minute time slot before delivery.

How long does delivery take?
For the software products purchased from our website – you will get electronic delivery within 2-3 business days. For the hardware products purchased form us – you will get postage delivery with 5-7 working days (Except weekend and public holidays). For the service or repair – you will get the delivery before we take payment from you.
What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?
If you require change the date or time you can revert back to the text message to re-schedule. But, if the courier comes and you are not present they will leave a card to make sure you know they have tried to deliver your item and will do the delivery next working day. If delivery is not done on more than two times, please reach us by e-mail at sales@zintel.co.uk or call 0800-368-9448
For bigger items we will call you on your given number to set your delivery date upon receipt of your item. We will call you on the day with a 60 minute time slot before delivery.
It is necessary that you are present to take delivery during this time.

What do I do if my delivery hasn't arrived as expected?

We back ourselves on our promise to delivering the highest standard of customer service to all our customers and our feedback rating is very significant to us. If you have any troubles with regards to your item delivery, simply give us the chance to fix the problem with you by reaching our customer service team by e-mail at sales@zintel.co.uk or call us directly on 0800-368-9448*.

*All calls are charged at local price from a BT landline and other service providers' prices may vary; please see the costs of calls with your service provider before dialing. (For safety and training skills, telephone calls may be monitored and recorded).
If you are not fully satisfied with your item purchased you may cancel the order or return your stuff(s) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 working days from the date you get it for an exchange or return.

To return the item(s), simply reach us by email at sales@zintel.co.uk revealing your order number. We are committed to reply to your e-mail within 1 working day of receipt. On the other hand, please dial our customer services number 0800-368-9448 who will support with resolve every query about your unwanted item(s).

All your money will be refunded if the items are cancelled within the 7 day off from the date you get it for an exchange or return period. We will refund your money with the amount of the products within 30 days starting with the day on which email of order cancellation was receipt. But the following points must be kept in mind:  

If you fail to make the goods available for return within 30 days of your notice of order cancellation, you will be considered to have accepted the items and you will not be refunded any money. This does not affect your constitutional rights.  

Please note that the manufacturer deeds to provide a free repair service for all stuffs that get a fault, not due to any accident, misuse or breakage, within the manufacturer’s guarantee time.  

If the item appears more than four hardware issues in the first year of the purchase period an identical product will be offered subject to availability.
